Students for Falun Gong Attends the 2023 International Religious Freedom Summit

Young Falun Gong practitioners from Students for Falun Gong (SFFG) and Falun Dafa Information Center (FDI) attended the 2023 International Religious Freedom (IRF) Summit in Washington, D.C. from January 31st to February 1st. 

The group of young practitioners traveled from California, New York, and Maryland and consisted of students and young professionals in the music, healthcare, technology, software development, and biotechnology fields. Over the 2-day conference, SFFG and FDI members clarified the truth about the persecution of Falun Gong in mainland China to conference attendees and government officials.

Multiple summit speakers and human rights experts applauded Falun Gong practitioners’ resilience and courage, and condemned the CCP for its ongoing persecution of Falun Gong.

2021 International Falun Dafa Young Practitioners Online Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference

On May 29, 2021, young Falun Dafa practitioners from around the world gathered for an online cultivation experience sharing conference. Sixteen young practitioners from the USA, Australia, Canada, Taiwan, Hungary, Mexico, Argentina, Switzerland, Kenya, and Japan shared their personal cultivation stories and discussed how they improved in their cultivation of Falun Dafa. The purpose of this conference was to connect young practitioners around the world and encourage one another to be more diligent in cultivation through sharing cultivation experiences. More than 550 practitioners from 35 countries around the world listened to the sharings in English, Chinese, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

2020 International Falun Dafa Young Practitioners Online Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference

On May 23, 2020, Falun Dafa young practitioners from around the world gathered for an online cultivation experience sharing conference hosted by Students for Falun Gong and the Falun Dafa Club at Fei Tian College Middletown. A total of eighteen practitioners from the USA, Australia, Canada, Taiwan, Latvia, Argentina, and Vietnam shared their personal cultivation stories about how they improved in their cultivation of Falun Dafa and in clarifying the truth about Falun Gong.

The purpose of this conference was to connect young practitioners around the world during the Chinese Communist Party virus (coronavirus) pandemic and encourage one another to be more diligent in cultivation as well as in clarifying the truth about the persecution of Falun Gong to more people. The conference was held in four languages simultaneously as more than 500 practitioners from over 20 different countries around the world listened to the experience sharing articles in Chinese, English, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

University of Delaware Screens Documentary Film “In the Name of Confucius”

Members of the University of Delaware Falun Dafa Club hosted a screening of the documentary “In the Name of Confucius” on the night of November 13th, 2019 in Trabant Theater. The screening was attended by many University of Delaware students as well as the university’s Vice Provost of Diversity Michael Vaughan, Newark Councilman Chris Hamilton, and Delaware House Representative Paul Baumbach.

Human Rights Film Screening at University of Texas Arlington

On November 7, 2019, the Falun Gong Club at University of Texas Arlington hosted a screening of the documentary film “Letter from Masanjia” in the Lone Star Auditorium. “Letter from Masanjia” is an award-winning 2018 film profiling Sun Yi, a Chinese political prisoner who exposed ongoing human rights abuses at Masanjia Labor Camp when his a letter he wrote was found by Oregon resident Julie Keith in a box of Halloween decorations.
